What Beecon Collects

What Beecon Does Not Collect
- No full avatar UUID storage as long-term personal profiles.
- No resident profiles, display names or real-life personal information.
- No chat logs, IM logs, local chat history or voice capture.
- No tool for monitoring individual avatars over time or across multiple events.
- No browser tracking, cookies for advertising or cross-site behavioural profiling through this website.
THE SYSTEM IS INTENTIONALLY LIMITED TO CROWD-LEVEL STATISTICS SO THAT EVENT ANALYTICS REMAIN FOCUSED ON TRAFFIC TRENDS, NOT ON PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE BEHAVIOUR.

BEECON IS BUILT AROUND CROWD-LEVEL METRICS ONLY. IT IS NOT A TRAFFIC BOT, DOES NOT INFLATE PARCEL VISITS, AND ONLY MEASURES GENUINE VISITOR ACTIVITY IN SECOND LIFE.
OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE USEFUL ANALYTICS TO EVENT MANAGERS WHILE STAYING CONSISTENT WITH SECOND LIFE PRIVACY RULES AND GENERAL DATA PROTECTION PRINCIPLES.
